Who is the course for?

For candidates from 18 years of age.

If your health allows it, you can dance at an old age.

Children from the age of 12 can be registered by one of the parents or by a legally responsible person.

Children under 12 dance for free, but only when accompanied by an adult.

What will we learn?

- relaxation

- warming up and stretching the muscles

- basic dance position and posture

- dance steps and their combinations - ADAVUS

- positions of hands and fingers - MUDRAS

- expression of feelings by facial expression - ABHINAYA

- explanation of the Sanskrit dance text

- dance choreography

- Stage make-up

- Decorating with dance jewelry

- adjustment of hairstyle for performances

Dress code

- Comfortable clothing - blouse or T-shirt long up to the hips

- Pants that allow easy movement

- We dance barefoot

- The hair is combed back from the forehead

- You can wear Tilak (bindi) during lessons
