1. ACTIVITIES OF THE INDIAN DANCE ACADEMY

 

1.1. The Indian Dance Academy offers dance lessons (classical Indian Bharatanatyam dance / temple dance), online dance lessons, workshops, dance events, individual lessons, Sanskrit, nada yoga, Vedic philosophy and all related activities that are announced through the relevant media (Facebook, Instagram , web, brochures, other printed media).

 

1.2. Unless otherwise announced, all courses are held once a week, at a specified time.

 

 

2. PAYMENT OPTIONS:

 

2.1. Course reservations can be made by bank transfer (after transfer of bank details)

 

2.2. or by payment in cash during the hours - valid only for workshops.

3. DISCOUNTS FOR STUDENTS

 

3.1. Student promotions are valid until the age of 27 in connection with a valid student ID.

 

 

 

5. CANCELLATION OF ONLINE APPLICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE WORKSHOP

 

5.7. Cancellation within 24 hours before the start of the course - you will receive the full price of the payment minus the cost of the transfer; If you pay in cash, you will get 100% back without any deductions.

 

5.8. If you cancel your reservation later than 24 hours before the start, we will refund your money on the basis of a medical certificate - minus the hours already spent and minus the cost of the transfer.

 

5.9. Holidays, leisure and recreational activities, etc. will not be declared a reason for refunding your payments.

 

5.5. If the course offer is canceled by us, the amount already paid will be refunded in full.

 

5.6. If we end the course prematurely, you will get the full price back for the rest of the unused hours.

 

5.7. If the course is interrupted by us, it will be by agreement

 

- replaced as soon as possible

 

- the rest of the money transferred to the nearest possible rate

7. DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL SECURITY

 

7.1. The Indian Dance Academy takes all necessary measures to ensure the safe conduct of leisure activities. Any liability for injury or consequences of the participant's injury is expressly excluded by the Indian Dance Academy.

 

7.2. Children from 12 to 18 years of age can be registered by one of the parents or a legally responsible person. This person is fully responsible for registration, payment, compliance with terms and conditions and other possible and unforeseeable matters. Any liability for injury or consequences of the participant's injury is expressly excluded by the Indian Dance Academy.

 

7.3. Participation in the event / dance course / Workshop / Nada Joze / is on your own - personal responsibility. The children are the responsibility of one of the parents or a legally responsible person.

 

 

 

8. PRICES

 

8.1. The prize for the workshop will always be announced separately on this website: www.indische-tanzakademie.at/english/

 

8.6. Online lessons: 10x - 60min, € 75.00 (according to the current exchange rate - approximately CZK 1950; Children and students: EUR 57.00 (according to the current exchange rate - approximately CZK 1,500).

 

8.10. Prices are valid until June 30, 2021. Subject to change.

 

8.11. Online lessons: 5x - 90min, € 45.00 (according to the current exchange rate - approximately 1200 CZK; Students: 36.00 EUR (according to the current exchange rate - approximately CZK 950).

 

 

 

9. MEDIA

 

9.1. We use photos and videos from our activities in advertising campaigns, online and print media.

 

9.2. As a participant in the workshop, you will receive a form from us, which you will personally sign and thus consent to the publication of your photos and videos.

 

9.3. You have the right to refuse to sign a form about the use of your photos and videos.

 

9.4. In this case (March 9), we ask you not to participate in taking photos and recording videos.

 

9.5. If you continue to participate in photographic and film recordings (April 9), we have the right to use and publish these recordings.

 

9.6. Only recordings that we deem appropriate, aesthetic and telling about our activities will be published.

 

 

 

10. JURISDICTION AGREEMENT

 

10.1. In case of various discrepancies, we prefer the agreement.

 

10.2. If it is still necessary to resolve a matter legally, the place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
